Both Aidan & Gerald came over for two separate appointments to help us try to troubleshoot a water leak in our basement that’s unfortunately out of their scope of work since we may have a foundation issue. Aidan came out for a consultation and Gerald helped us with a drain camera service. We had new flooring in our bathrooms installed, and the flooring company moved and reinstalled toilets as part of the job. Afterwards, all 3 toilets started leaking, but the flooring company wouldn’t take responsibility unless we could prove it was their fault. Drain Masters responded very quickly and did a thorough investigation. They took pictures to put on the invoice to show where the leaks were coming from and why. It turned out that tools were used to tighten a part that should’ve only been hand-tightened, and the pictures showed tool marks left behind on the part that was overtightened. It was exactly what we needed!
