Called and was able to get a same-day estimate and service to clear a blocked garage floor drain. Joey explained what he thought the problem was and the steps he'd take to clear the drain. Took less than an hour and he even offered to help find a new strainer cap. Would definitely recommend them.

It is a little early to judge the overall experience. Joe was very professional and amiable and got right down to work and solved my problem. During the repair, an essential piece went down the drain. The repair completion is on hold until a replacement piece arrives. I will be interested to see how much more the job costs due to the piece lost by the technician. Called Drainmasters for a kitchen drain clog, Joey came out and put in a ton of work to work around some problematic retro-fitted fixtures. Was very patient and professional and everything is working now. Thanks, Joey!

Second post, a year later (2025). Another service call for a backed-up drain. Madison was courteous, and professional and explained the process, looking at all aspects of the problem, and gave options for proceeding with repair as well as information about future options for old pipes. I had continued good service from Drain Masters and continue to recommend.
(2024) I was able to quickly make an appointment for same-day service. The technician Shaun was professional, courteous, and efficient. He gave me options for the repair and explained the steps of the process of the repair as well as showing me another area that might need to be addressed in the future. He cleaned up the area after himself (always a big plus for me) and made sure my questions were answered before leaving. Excellent service, excellent company.

We were having a drain not flow properly and backing up into the house. We had already had some suspicions about a failed backwater valve but hadn’t been able to dive into replacing it yet… Anthony with Drain Masters came over right away and got the drain flowing again and coordinated with another technician to come out a camera down the line to double-check that the issue is, in fact, the backwater valve. Anthony was amazing! Great customer service, answered all our questions, and he handled the job cleanly and professionally.
